ClubCircl

A SHARED HOME FOR YOUR CLUB

Less organizing.
More being a club.

Club management software for the everyday work: welcoming members, planning meetings, sharing resources, and handing things over to the next officers.

Get Started

Bring the club out of scattered conversations

A group chat is useful for a conversation. Running a club also means knowing who belongs, who is responsible for an event, where the important documents live, and what changed since the last meeting. ClubCircl gives those details a shared home. Members can belong to more than one club and switch between their clubs from their own account.

Welcome members without rebuilding your roster

Share the club’s join code or QR link so members can sign in or create their own account. They can then join the right club, with student information collected in the club context where it is needed for attendance. Each person keeps their own account; an invitation does not give someone an officer’s login or permissions.

Make responsibilities clear

Use officer positions to show members who to contact. Keep shared news, media and resources with the club, and review member submissions before publishing them. When leadership changes, the owner can transfer ownership so the next team can keep using the club’s existing workspace. Access depends on the person’s current role and permissions.

Choose features around the work you need to do

Free gives a small club a place to begin. Plus and Pro add capabilities such as attendance and readable club exports. Pro supports more advanced club work, while Enterprise arrangements support organizations overseeing groups of clubs. Check the current plan comparison before choosing; organization access and reporting depend on an approved arrangement and assigned permissions.

Common questions

Can people join more than one club?

Yes. A member can use one account for multiple clubs and switch between them from Your Clubs.

Is ClubCircl only for university clubs?

ClubCircl supports clubs and groups. University attendance and organization oversight are useful for student clubs, while a club can also use the core member, meeting and communication tools.
